*Please note that all advertisements and Marketing Materials must be approved by BHEMP’s Quality Control Department prior to posting on any websites and or social media outlets belonging to BHEMP. BHEMP reserves the right and has the sole discretion to deny and or remove all advertisements and marketing posts and or materials from its platform, social media pages, marketing materials and or advertisements at any time and without advanced notice or consent from its business members.

Only products and or services that are of High Quality and that can be shipped by business members within 3 business days of purchase or sell will be approved for advertising and marketing posts on BHEMP’s websites and social media pages.

Additionally, only products and or services that are discounted and exclusively priced for BHEMP will be approved for advertising and marketing posts. This includes but is not limited to: Seasonal Items, New releases, Blow-Out Sales, Inventory Clear-Out Sales, or Discounted Items.

Finally, an Advertisement and or Marketing Post is limited to a maximum of 7 concurrent or consecutive days. The same, similar, or duplicate advertisement or marketing post featuring the same products and or service cannot be run within a 6- month period.
Business Membership Tiers
1st Tier: Red Beryl Emerald-$350 annually or $35 per month.

Includes: List Business on BHEMP’s Website and All Social media Platforms annually, post 4 advertisements per month on the Website and All Social Media Platforms, access to Exclusive Social Media Pages and Networking groups, discounts on vendor tables with priority and prime vendor table selections, and discounts on event tickets up to five tickets per business.
2nd Tier: Black Opal- $250 annually or $25 per month.

List Business on BHEMP’s Website and 2 Social Media Platforms annually, post 2 advertisement per month, access to BHEMP’s Social Media Business Networking Groups, discount on vendor tables with vendor tables selection after Red Beryl Emerald selections have been chosen, and discounts on event tickets up to three tickets per business.
3rd Tier: Blue Garnet-$150 annually or $15 per month.

List Business on BHEMP’s Website and 1 Social Media Page annually, post 1 advertisement per month, access to BHEMP’s Networking Group on the Social Media Page, and discounts on Event tickets, up to 2 tickets per business.
4th Tier: Red Diamond - Free business listing

List Business on BHEMP’s Website, access to 1 Social Media Page annually, notification of upcoming events, and one discounted Event ticket per business.
